Approval of authorization for staff to enter into contractual negotiations with the highest rank responder, King Station Development of Vero Beach, Florida, pursuant to the review of qualifications and proposals associated with RFQ/P 2017-023 Former H.D. King Plant Site Redevelopment.
RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize staff to enter into negotiations with King Station Development, a joint venture partnership of Kite Properties, LLC; Proctor Construction Company and Peachtree Hotel Group.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not grant authorization as requested.
