SUBJECT:
Approve security expansion in parking garage in an amount not to exceed $134,296.36.
SUMMARY:
Extend existing city hall security to parking garage.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval to purchase items as quoted from Securitas Electronic Security, Inc., Pittsburgh, PA, for the amount of $134,296.36.
The Purchasing Division has reviewed and investigated this request and found that all information and justification to be correct.
The City currently has a maintenance contract with this vendor for security. It is on this basis that I recommend that competitive procurement be waived and that the above item be treated as a "Single Source" commodity.

Disapprove the secuity expansion.
