SUBJECT:
Approval of the annual Humane Society contract for FY 2019 in an amount not to exceed $133,000.00.
SUMMARY:
There are two minor changes to the contract:
- The annual fee was increased $3,000.00 from $130,000 to $133,000.
- The daily impound fee for animas impouded for cruelty cases was increased from $5 per day to $10 per day.
RECOMMENDATION:
