SUBJECT:
Approve ATC Group Services, LLC request for installation of above-ground Fuel Tanks at City Compound Located at 52 Savannah Road.
SUMMARY:
Requesting approval for ATC Group Services, LLC to obtain a permit for the purpose of replacing two above-ground 12,000-gallon fuel tanks with two new 12,000-gallon UL-2085 Fire Guard tanks. The tanks will be used for fuel storage at the City Compound located at 52 Savannah Road. City Commission approval is required per Section 7-20 of the City Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of the storage tanks.
ALTERNATIVES:
Denial of the storage tanks.
