SUBJECT:
Approval of contract between the City of Fort Pierce and Benjamin Bryan, Jr. to provide legal services as Interim City Attorney for a period of 90 days.
SUMMARY:
At a special meeting of the City Commission on August 24, 2018, the Commission approved the appointment of Benjamin Bryan, Jr. as Interim City Attorney and directed staff to draft a contract with the assistance of County Attorney, Dan McIntyre.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the contract as presented.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve or approve with modifications.
