SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 18-029 Building Department Fee Schedule - SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
In accordance with State Statute 553.80(7) which provides in part, that a schedule of reasonable fees be provided to be and solely used for carrying out local government's responsibilities in enforcing the Florida Building Code, the Building Department would like to present for consideration the attached fee schedule, which increases certain fees to fund the total estimated cost of enforcement activities.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance 18-029.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not adopt the Ordinance as presented.
