Quasi Judicial Hearing - Ordinance 18-023 - Affirming the Prior Approval for the Planned Development Mayfair at Lawnwood -

On November 21, 2016, the City Commission heard the Mayfair at Lawnwood Planned Development (PD) Application. The adjacent Homeowner's Association (Village of Lawnwood) had previuosly contest the development and at the meeting, both parties proclaimed a resolution. The City Commision approved the PD for Mayfair at Lawnwood with the understanding that the resolutions between both parties would be memorialized in writing and subsequently become a part of the development order, the Ordinance. The agreement was recorded in February of 2018 and the developer also requested and was granted an extension of the prior approval. This item now completes the final step, incorporating the agreement into the Ordinance. The Original site plan and other applicaiton materials previously submitted may be found in the Agenda package of November 21, 2016. All files attached are updated plans that reflect the negotiated agreement. With the execution of the Ordinance, the PD will have a new expiration date of September 4, 2020.
