SUBJECT:
Approval to install holiday lighting at Marina Square by Lighting by Design, Wellington Florida in the amount of $52,309.00 per year / three (3) years (156,927.00 total).
SUMMARY:
The Public Works Department is seeking approval to proceed with this installation of the holiday lights at Marina Square.
The invitation was sent to 322 vendors. Three (3) vendors requested specifications with one (1) responding (33.33%) plus 0 "No Bid" (33.33% total response)
Lighting by Design purchased the holiday lighting division from Let There Be Lights, Inc. Let There be Lights has been the only contractor to install the holiday lights at Marina Square.
$50,000.00 has been budgeted for holiday decorations in the FY19 budget. Approval of this agreement will utilize all of the budgeted funds and will require additional funding to fulfill this contract.
