SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 18-037 Amending Chapter 13; Changing the Retirement vesting period from 10 years to 5 years. FIRST READING
SUMMARY:
The amendment of Chapter 13 of the Code is to change the vesting years of service for all employees from 10 years to 5 years; to include employees hired on or after October 1, 2012.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance No.18-037, amending Chapter 13 of the Code.
