SUBJECT:
Approval of the conveyance of utility easements and Special Warranty Deed for parcels located at the former H.D. King Power Plant site, for the use and benefit of the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority.
SUMMARY:
The Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is requesting certain easements along with a Special Warranty Deed, be granted for the maintenance and future placement of utilities in and around the King property.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend granting easements and Special Warranty Deed to the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny easements and deed.
