SUBJECT:
Notification of a Minor Amendment to the Planned Development Site Plan for the KOA Campground owned and operated by S. R. Bacher Enterprises, LLC located 3180 S Jenkins Rd, Fort Pierce, FL.
SUMMARY:
The original site plan was approved March 19, 2018, as part of a Planned Development. The Planned Development for a KOA campground, to be completed in three (3) phases, features 197 pull-through RV lots and 126 Back-in RV Lots, a 6,000 sq. ft. administration building with support services and a collection of recreational amenities. The changes requested all meet the criteria of a Minor Site Plan adjustment. The adjustments approved include:
1. A Propane Fill Station in vicinity of maintenance area
2. Updated Amenity Area with the final floor plan of the Administration building
3. Added final details for the pool/patio layout
4. ADA Accessibility imrovements to replaced standard pull through stalls with ADA compliant pull through stalls immediately south of the central lake; and the addition of an accessible path from ADA compliant pull through stalls to administration/recreation area.
The Planning Department has approved these minor revisions In accordance with Sec. 22-58(i) of the City's Code of Ordinances.
