SUBJECT:
Approve Aburi, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder to Bid # 2018-028 for an amount not to exceed $24,200 for rehabilitation of 2001 Sunrise Blvd. funded through the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide Owner-Occupied Housing rehabilitations using SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors of substandard houses SHIP assistance is provided on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Aburi, LLC as the lowest responsive bidder to Bid # 2018-028 for an amount not to exceed $24,200.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the award of Bid #2018-028 to Aburi, LLC.
