FINDINGS/ORDER:
July 7, 2010 Special Magistrate Blandino found Vernon Dixon responsible for the violations and gave him 45 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $250.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- August 31, 2010 an inspection was made; the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- October 26, 2010 the Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk of Court.
- September 04, 2019 received request for lien reduction from Mr. Dixon. Explained that we could not do this until the property was in compliance.
- September 26, 2019 an inspection was made, the property is now in compliance, the fines stopped.
