CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please remove scrap, tires, buckets, transmission, car ramps, toolbox, gas containers, fan, wood, and all other miscellaneous items that are located throughout the property including carport. Please store items in an enclosed shed or an enclosed garage.
- All indoor furniture are to be placed inside of home.
- Please place trash containers on the side or rear of the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
