SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 19-004 amending Section 5-94 regarding Building Drainage. FIRST READING.
SUMMARY:
This ordinance amends Section 5-94, by correcting the referenced sections of the flood hazard provisions, indicating that all plans and building permits, and other permits, must be in compliance with the floodplain management ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Ordinance 19-004 "Building Drainage", amending Section 5-94, providing for a severability clause, and repealing previous ordinances in conflict with this ordinance.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve ordinance at this time.
