SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 19-R15 - Adopting Revised City of Fort Pierce Board of Examiners of Contractors Rules of Procedure.
SUMMARY:
In accordance with Ordinance 18-035 amending rules, duties and procedures as adopted in Chapter 5, Article II of the Code of Ordinances entitled "Contractors," the Rules and Procedures were amended as approved by the Board on March 12, 2019. Any such amendment to the Rules of Procedure shall not be effective unless or until subsequently ratified or approved by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of Resolution No. 19-R15 - Adopting amended City of Fort Pierce Board of Examiners of Contractors Rules of Procedure.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the Resolution at this time.
