SUBJECT:
Approval of Supplemental Revocable Encroachment Permit between the City of Fort Pierce and Kraaz & Kraaz Finance, LLC to provide for the installation of a storage silo for the benefit of Sailfish Brewery adjacent to the existing loading dock.
SUMMARY:
The extension of the existing Encroachment Permit will provide the additional space needed by Sailfish Brewery to store vegetative matter used in the craft brewing process.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the revocable encroachment permit.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve or approve with modifcations.
