Approval to submit and accept grant application to Florida Division of Cultural Affairs for Sunrise Theatre for General Operating Support Grant in the amount of $150,000 for FY 2021.

Grant applications are being accepted by the Florida of Department of Community Affairs. The deadline for submission is June 3, 2019. The City of Fort Pierce/Sunrise Theatre is eligible to apply for this grant each fiscal year, in the amount of $150,000. The Sunrise Theatre is applying for the grant to increase marketing and promotion efforts as we implement a dynamic sustanability plan designed to help bolster and expand our ability to present musical and theatrical productions throughout the 2020-2021 program year and into perpetuity.
