SUBJECT:
Approval of the lease agreement between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency and The Lindsay School of the Arts, Inc. to lease and improve the Old St. Anastasia Catholic School.
SUMMARY:
On April 15, 2019, the FPRA Board authorized staff to enter into negotiations with The Lindsay School of the Arts, the only responsive bidder to RFP 2019-008, for the restoration and operation of the Old St. Anastasia Catholic School as a community arts facility.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve lease as presented.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approve lease with changes or deny approval.

Commencing on the effective date, tenant shall pay to landlord base rent in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) annually on each anniversary of the effective date.
