SUBJECT:
Approve the award of Sunrise Theatre Catering Services RFP 2019-017 to Annie's Mobile Catering; contract is valid from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, with two additional optional years.
SUMMARY:
Three vendors responded to Catering Services for the Sunrise Theatre RFP 2019-017 on June 6, 2019: Annie's Mobile Catering, The Braford, LLC & The Flavored Fork, LLC. It was determined by Purchasing staff that The Flavored Fork, LLC did not meet the requirements of the RFP. The Selection Committee met and evaluated two vendors. Annie's Mobile Catering received a 279.4 score out of a maximum 300 points. The Braford, LLC received a score of 250.2. The contract is valid from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, with two additional optional years.
RECOMMENDATION:
Award RFP No. 2019-017 for catering/hospitality services to Annie's Mobile Catering.
