SUBJECT:
Approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Fort Pierce and St. Lucie County for the installation of bus stop stations at various transit stops throughout the City of Fort Pierce.
SUMMARY:
An existing transit stop located at U.S. 1 and Virginia Avenue (Mobil Station) was relocated on April 23, 2019 to the Dollar General Plaza at approximately 2514 South US Highway 1. Relocation has enabled the installation of proper transit enhancements to include seating stations.
This Interlocal Agreement will allow St. Lucie County Transit to install transit enhancements at various transit stops throughout the City of Fort Pierce.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the Interlocal Agreement, which has been approved as to form and correctness by the City Attorney.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission.
