SUBJECT:
Approval of the City's Maintenance of Traffic Signals contract RFB No. 2018-052 to Carr Construction in the amount of $155,664.00 annually.
SUMMARY:
Request approval of a contract with Carr Construction, LLC for the Maintenance of City Traffic Signals RFB No. 2018-052 in the amount of $155,664.00 annually. This is a two (2) year contract with three (3) one year renewal options. Staff is also asking for approval of $55,000.00 annually for Time/Material work not included under the maintenance contract, but governed by contract itemised pricing. Staff has negotiated the contract prices since the original bid came in above the City's budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval

Deny approval and place the contract back out for bid.
