SUBJECT:

Request to reduce Building Department violation lien in the amount of $59,580.00 against 119 S 13th Street, Ft. Pierce, FL 34950- Parcel ID Number 2409-812-0006-000-6 owned by Peter Oyibo, 720 Texas Ct, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 to $973.62 payable in 180 days.

SUMMARY:

Alana James, Power of Attorney for Peter Oyibo has made this request on behalf of the owner.  The violation occurred under different ownership and the property has since been quitclaimed to Peter Oyibo.  

RECOMMENDATION:

The Special Magistrate heard Ms. James' request and recommends that the City Commission reduces the lien to $973.62 payable in 180 days.  The settlement amount represents the administration costs as follows:

Hearing costs $450.00
