SUBJECT:

Approve PAD Mural Project Property Owner Agreement for mural to be located at 725 Orange Avenue.

SUMMARY:

Request to approve PAD Mural Property Owner Agreement for 725 Orange Avenue. Along with the Economic Development Manager, the Grants Administration Division will oversee placement of a mural on this property to promote local art and culture in the City's historic neighborhoods.
