SUBJECT:

Request approval of Change Order No. 7 to CW Roberts Contracting Inc. in the amount of $90,490.28 for the Surfside neighborhood drainage improvements.

SUMMARY:

This change order is requested to cover items not included in the original bid, such as replacement of decorative driveways,  repair work of failed underground piping discovered during construction, and additional grading and sod to make right of way tie-ins to existing property elevations..  

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval of this change order

ALTERNATIVES:

Proceed as directed by the City Commission
