SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 19-042 amending Chapter 9, the Vendor Ordinance, to remove the distance restrictions for mobile vendors in proximity to similar type of business. FIRST READING
SUMMARY:
The city agreed to remove the distance restriction as part of a settlement agreement with Mr. Benigno Diaz as part of the Circuit Court Case where Mr. Diaz challenged this section of the ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance 19-042
ALTERNATIVES:
Adopt with modifications.
