SUBJECT:
Approve Development Agreement for with Premier Hospitality, Inc. for the sidewalk installation at 6505 Metal Drive in the amount of $5,106.00 which was a condition of approval.
SUMMARY:
- A Development Agreement has been submitted for the installation of a sidewalk as part of the Premier Plat that was approved by City Commission in October.
- The Development Agreement was a Condition of Approval for the Premier Plat and this agreement satisfies that condition.
- The amount for the construction of the sidewalk is $5,106.00.
- The surety for the Development Agreement has been provided to staff.
