SUBJECT:

Approval of Change Order No. 9 with CW Roberts Contracting for the final closeout of contract for Avenue A and Avenue B Reconstruction in the total amount of $14,005.33.

SUMMARY:

This is a request for the approval of Change Order No. 9 to the master contract with CW Roberts Contracting, Inc. to Furnish and Install Asphaltic Concrete - 2018 Street Resurfacing.  Change Order No. 9, includes compensation for completion of the reconstruction of Avenue A and Avenue B between 7th and 8th Streets.  This is the closeout for this project, adjusting quantities for the overrun and underruns of specific items needed to complete the project.

RECOMMENDATION:

Engineering recommends approval of the Change Order
