SUBJECT:
Establish the composition of the evaluation committee for RFP No. 2020-004 - Animal Shelter Services.
SUMMARY:
The Request for Proposals shall be reviewed and rated by an evaluation committee comprised of either staff or the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends a committee comprised of City staff plus one or two representatives from St. Lucie County.
ALTERNATIVES:
The evaluation committee is comprised of City staff without County representation.
The evaluation committee is comprised of the City Commission.
The evaluation committee is comprised of the City Commission.
