SUBJECT:
PULLED - Review and approval of an Interlocal Agreement with St. Lucie County for the rehabilitation and operation of the Animal Shelter located on Savannah Road. (attachment to be added soon)
SUMMARY:
This agreement with St. Lucie County is for an initial term of twenty (20) years with a ten (10) year automatic renewal, agrees that both parties will work jointly on the rehabilitation efforts, be responsible for sharing the cost to rehabilitate the facility as well as all future maintenance costs on a 50/50 basis and requires an RFQ/P for a 3rd party operator of the facility.
