SUBJECT:
Approval of City Hall Annex "Old City Hall" Lease to St. Lucie County for a period of three (3) years from the date the agreement is effective, with two (2), one year options, for a total of five (5) years, for a total annual rent of $49,000.00, for utilization by the County's Community Services Department.
SUMMARY:
St. Lucie County seeks to lease the City Hall Annex "Old City Hall" for a period of three (3) years from the date this agreement is effective, with two (2) one year options, for a total of five (5) years. The County's Community Services Department will utilize the facility.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Public Works Department recommends approval of the lease.
