SUMMARY:

The request is made by the owner, Ignacio Torres.  This property came into compliance on January 13, 2020. The owner's settlement offer was $500.00

RECOMMENDATION:

The Special Magistrate, having heard the request of the owner, and testimony of Staff, recommends reducing the lien to $1,750.00
