SUBJECT:
Review and approval of the First Amendment to Interlocal Agreement for Operation of Temporary Animal Shelter with St. Lucie County.
SUMMARY:
The amendment is to the existing Interlocal Agreement with St. Lucie County for the continued operation of the temporary shelter. The provisions of the amendment include the acknowledgement that Port St. Lucie is no longer a party, an agreement that a new Interlocal Agreement will be approved for use of the Savannah Road Shelter and the extension of time to July 1, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Amendment as submitted.
