SUBJECT:
Resolution 20-R31 Establishing BTR fees and other fees collected by City Clerk by resolution.
SUMMARY:
In the new code rewrite, all fees have been removed from the Code and reference fees set by resolution. The attached resolution simply establishes the same fees as in the ordinance, but will remain in effect once the new code is adopted.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution 20-R31
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not adopt.
