Approval of request to reduce lot clearing fees in the amount of $704.40 against 605 N 20th Street, Fort Pierce, FL, Parcel ID Number 2404-716-0036-000-5 owned by Dena K. Matthews, P. O. Box 1173, Fort Pierce, FL 34954. In accordance with previously established policy, staff recommends the approval to waive the costs for interest, penalties, and fees leaving a balance due of $500.00 payable in 30 days.
