SUBJECT:
Approval of Addendum A to Lease Agreement with Winking Starfish, LLC (Crabby's Dockside).
SUMMARY:
Pursuant to section 3.6 of the lease agreement between the City and Winking Starfish, LLC, a written instrument is to be created after substantial completion documenting the following information: the substantial completion date, the rent commencement date, the total project costs, the base rent amounts payable by Tenant and the total amount of air conditioned square footage of the building. This document reduces to writing these items.
