SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 20-014 adopting new Code of Ordinances. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
The City Commission directed that the City Attorney work with MuniCode to update the City's Code of Ordinances and Charter. After many months and coordinating with Department Heads, the rewrite and update is in final form and ready to be adopted.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance 20-014

Adopt with revisions.
