SUBJECT:
Approve award of Banking Services RFP #2020-005 to Center State Bank.
SUMMARY:
The City Solicited proposals for Banking services from several financial institutions and there were six responses. The Evaluation Committee has evaluated the proposals and is recommending this selection.
RECOMMENDATION:
City Commission award the Banking Services proposal to Center State Bank. Center State has provided those Services for the expiring Contract term and has done a good job. The proposls demonstrates their willingness to provide cost effective service for the City.
ALTERNATIVES:
Contract with another bank who is not as familiar with the needs of the City or provides the service at a higher cost.
