Approval of a two (2) year extension for the Planned Development approval for Indian River Villas located at 401 Indian River Drive (Parcel IDs:2410-808-0017-000-7 & 2410-808-0019-000-1). The new expiration date would be November 19, 2022.

The applicant is requesting an extension of the approval for the Indian River Villas Planned Development (PD) located at 401 Indian River Drive. As required by Code Section 125-212(h), (F.K.A, 22-212.h), the justification provided by the applicant is due to the impacts of COVID-19. As stated by the applicant, at the time marketing for the development started, COVID-19 began, which caused the closure of the sales facility, setting the project development behind schedule.

Approval of a two (2) extension until November 19, 2022 for the Indian River Villas PD. 

Deny the extension of time or authorize a different time period other than the requested two (2) years.
