SUBJECT:

Approval to piggyback the US Communities Contract #15-JLP-023 for the purchase of one (1) Trane Air-Cooled Chiller - Scroll Compressors Model Number CGAM100A2** in accordance with the attached quote for the Sunrise Theatre, in an amount not to exceed $70,435.00.

SUMMARY:

The Sunrise Theatre is seeking approval to purchase one (1) Trane Air-Cooled Chiller - Scroll Compressors Model Number CGAM100A2 piggybacking US Communities Contract #15-JLP-023 in an amount not to exceed $70,435.00. The new Trane Chiller will replace the current broken chiller that is not working at the Sunrise Theatre.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval to piggyback US Communities Contract #15-JLP-023, in accordance with the attached quote, for the amount of $70,435.00.  The approval of this requested expenditure will allow the Sunrise Theatre to replace the non-working existing chiller.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff will proceed as directed by the Commission.
