SUBJECT:
Approval of lease between the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency and the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, Inc. for utilization of the HDRC, Percy Peek Gymnasium for a term of ten (10) years with the option for two (2) additional five (5) year terms. (RFP No. 2020-007)
SUMMARY:
The Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County, Inc. is seeking to utilize the gym to operate a youth training and recreational program.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve lease agreement.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
