· The City Commission approved Ordinance 14-017 on July 21st, amending City Code Section 22-22 Allowed Uses, including Private Schools as Conditional Use permitted within the C-1, Office Commercial Zone.
· The applicant is requesting to expand St. Andrew's Episcopal Academy through the operation of a middle and high-school extension at the subject site, 320 S. Indian River Drive.
· At their July 8th, 2014 meeting, the Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the Conditional Use with Conditions.
· 27 notifications were mailed to property owners within 500 feet, 0 responses have been received. An update will be provided to the City Commission at the Meeting.
