CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- December 4, 2019 Special Magistrate Pelletier found Michelot Toussaint responsible for the violation(s) referenced above and gave him 10 days to obtain a permit for the roof and comply to all conditions of the permit. Failure to do so would result in a fine being assessed and accruing at $150.00 per day until violation is corrected.
- December 19, 2019 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance and the fines began.
- January 3, 2020 received request to stop fines.
- January 7, 2020 to date assessed fines are $2,870 which includes $20.00 recording fees.
