CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Remove, bring in, or place in a shed the boards, coolers, buckets, clothing, and other loose items from the yard.
2. Bring in or remove the indoor chair from the west side yard and porch.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
