CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Remove the Southwind RV, Toyota minivan, and homemade trailer from the property
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 24 hours to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed. If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation(s) (tow vehicles).
