SUBJECT:

Approve request to reduce the Building Department lien in the amount of $23,800.00 against 2911 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 - Parcel ID Number: 2417-506-0018-000/8, owned by ID 2911 LLC, 18651 SW 39th Street, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 to $2,000.00 payable in 6 months.

SUMMARY:

The request for reduction is made by Dilson Urribarri, the tenant at this address. This tenant is responsible for the work done without a permit.  Notices went to the owner, and registered agent.  At the Massey Hearing before the Special Magistrate, the tenant agreed to pay $2,000.00 payable in 6 months.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Special Magistrate, having heard the request of the tenant, and testimony of staff, recommends reducing the lien to $2,000.00 payable in 6 months. If not paid in 6 months, the lien will revert to the original amount of $23,800.00.
