SUBJECT:
Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Fort Pierce and the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority regarding the billing of streetlights due to the City's streetlight retrofit program.

All affected City departments have reviewed the MOU and have no objections to the approval of this document.
