SUBJECT:
Approval of funding for the Revised Lincoln Theater Restoration Project Proposal with Program and Fees for Master Planning Phase developed by REG ARCHITECTS, INC. Architectural, Planning & Interior Design in the amount of $30,000.
SUMMARY:
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Committee seeks funding for the Revised Lincoln Theater Restoration Project Proposal which will enable the organization to get the renovation project back on track.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the approval of funding.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
