SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-02 authorizing the sale of 708 North 18th Street to the successful bidder, Tyese Miller.
SUMMARY:
Staff seeks FPRA Board approval for the sale of 708 North 18th Street, Fort Pierce, to Tyese Miller in the amount of Two Thousand Seven Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($2,700.00) as determined by the FPRA to be the highest bid for the Real Property.

- On January 16, 2018 the FPRA Board declared the property as surplus.
- On August 14, 2020 and August 21, 2020 the FPRA published a notice in the newspaper inviting proposals (bids) from private redevelopers or any persons interested in redeveloping the property.
- On October 14, 2020, the CRA Advisory Committee evaluated the bids in response to Bid No. 2020-045 – Sale of Surplus Property at 708 N. 18th Street. The advisory committee members scored the responses with respect to economic impact, proposed utilization of the property, and CRA goals. The CRA Advisory Committee recommended that the bid be awarded to the highest ranked respondent, Tyese Miller.
- On October 27, 2020, the FPRA Board awarded Bid 2020-045 to the highest ranked respondent, Tyese Miller.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of FPRA Resolution 21-02
