SUBJECT:
Approval to award Bid No. 2021-017 for Sale of Surplus Property at 414 Avenue D to the highest ranked responder, Maria Aleman, 5 Star Car Repair, LLC.
SUMMARY:
On March 17, 2021, the CRA Advisory Committee evaluated the bids in response to Bid No. 2021-017 – Sale of Surplus Property at 414 Avenue D. The advisory committee members scored the responses with respect to economic impact, proposed utilization of the property and project timeline. The CRA Advisory Committee recommends that the bid be awarded to the highest rank respondent, Maria Aleman, 5 Star Car Repair, LLC.
RECOMMENDATION:
Award bid to highest ranked respondent.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approval to award bid to second highest ranked respondent or to have new bid issued.
